How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email — Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  2. Visit the carrier's website — Enter your tracking number on the carrier's tracking page to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
  3. Allow time for tracking to activate — Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–15 business days. You will not receive a tracking number until your order has been fully processed and handed off to the carrier.

Can't Find Your Tracking Info?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, our support team is happy to help.
